Today, Nancy and Cheryl Talk to Meghan about her journey to vibrant health. Like many people, Meghan had her own health crisis that landed her in a position of needing to take responsibility for her own health. She wasn't finding answers in the specialists and doctors she was seeing.
Meghan spent time around her apartment and realized she wasn’t spending much time in the kitchen. She was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that led her down the path of holistic nutrition. Her healing journey inspired her to help others on this path to healing with nutrition.
She now is a number one best-selling author for her book Undiet and the Undiet Cookbook and has opened her own Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
