In this episode of the Prime Effect Podcast, we are joined by retired Wallabies star Ben Mowen. Ben retired from playing professional Rugby Union in 2019, after an impressive career which saw him captain the Wallabies. His career took him across the world to France where he lived with his family whilst playing for 6 years. Upon retiring he became coach of Easts Rugby Union Club in Brisbane, as well as coaching the XV Rugby Union team at Villanova college. We discuss topics such as ‘being coachable’, being consistent with your health & fitness for the mental health benefits, and dealing with change.

This episode was brought to you by the nutrition and dietetics experts, Fuel Your Life, the wonderful team of wealth advisors at Wealth Depot, and the finance broking experts at SW Brokerage.
