Somewhere along the line, this idea that self-love is selfish has infiltrated society & it's lead to apprehension about whether self-love is something we should embrace or whether it's a selfish concept that we'd be better to steer clear of. So what's the deal? Should we lean into self-love or is self-love just a cute way to excuse toxic, self serving behaviour? In this episode, I discuss whether self-love really is selfish.
