Neil Russell is the chairman of PJ Care, a family-run specialist neurocare provider, which has been recognised as a Diversity and Inclusion champion and a Top 10 Health and Social Care company to work for in the UK. Neil draws his experience from a varied background, which includes being a diplomat for the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
