This conversation today is gonna blow your mind. Po is hilariously wise so it’s a super fun yet pretty deep dive into how the F to get back into your body. For real. If you don’t even know what I’m talking about here, this episode is still sooo for you. It’s a deep, real, raw, and irreverent chat to invite us to notice, feel, be kind to ourselves and ultimately shift… wherever we are on the journey… and do it with fun, joy, and magic.

We jump right in talking about self intimacy and its role in the creative process… which is the key to really unleashing the next level of freedom of expression. We laugh a lot and get vulnerable about where we’ve been, where we are, and where we are going so please note that I didn’t edit the rawness of our conversation and there is some explicit language and adult content throughout.
This is a trigger warning that we touch on topics around sex, trauma, death, intimacy, and rape so you may want to listen with headphones. It’s all in the service of growth, healing and developing a deeply powerful relationship with our bodies, intuition, and self trust and an authentic look at the journey to get there. Rest assured that we laugh and have a lot of fun along the way because as Po points out, inner child work is not just about healing wounds and traumas but is also about reconnecting and reclaiming our sense of play, creativity, wonderment, and curiosity to find and revel in our joy with fresh eyes.
I love the whole conversation, even the moments where I awkwardly tried to voice my discomfort… tune in and let me know what resonates.
