He also shared two questions that entrepreneurs should always ask themselves when thinking about selling something: “If you buy my product, how would it change your life?” And “If you don’t buy this product, how will it impact your life?” These questions helped him hone in on what customers really wanted from his products - so they could easily see the value they would be getting from them.

Greg also had an interesting habit, whenever he went grocery shopping each week, he made sure to walk through every aisle looking for empty shelves. Empty shelves told him what kind of products was missing from the market - which allowed him to fill those gaps with new offerings for customers. By understanding customer needs and staying focused on simplicity, he was able to take full advantage of market opportunities as they arise.

The most important thing that Greg said was “Don’t compete on price, compete on value.” This means that instead of just trying to undercut your competitors on price, you should focus on making sure that the value of your products and services is greater than theirs. One way to do this is by providing more options for customers. According to Greg, “You don’t determine the price, the customer does. You need pricing level options so they can determine what works best for them based on their needs and budget. And the more value you give them, the easier it will be for them to make the purchasing decision.

This advice also applies when creating products or services that have different levels of value. For example, if you are offering a product or service as both a one-on-one solution and a “done-for-you” solution, it is important to make sure that both solutions offer something unique in terms of value for customers – otherwise, why would someone choose one over the other?

Greg also discussed SEO and how important it is for businesses today. He suggested running a pay per click campaign first in order to find keywords that are converting well before investing in SEO efforts. This way, you can ensure that your SEO efforts are focused on keywords that have already been proven to work rather than wasting time and money on keywords that may not convert well or at all.

When deciding which keywords will help generate organic traffic for your website, drawing from the data from a successful PPC campaign is always a smart move. By looking at metrics like CPCs and CTRs as well as researching how competitive each potential keyword is, you can confidently choose 3-4 keywords that have a good chance of helping boost your rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs). While SEO takes some effort upfront, if done correctly it can result in long term rewards in terms of increased visibility online for entrepreneurs and internet marketers alike.

Why Some People Fail and Some People Succeed
After spending two decades researching why some people fail while other succeed, Greg developed a theory of success. From his research, he found that there were a few commonalities among those who failed. Namely, he noticed that many of these people lacked work ethics, were too lazy to put forth the effort necessary for success, or made it too hard on themselves.

Greg found that those who failed often had what he called a “lazy mindset”—they felt they could achieve their goals easily without putting in any real effort. He believes this is one of the biggest roadblocks to success as it prevents people from taking advantage of every opportunity they have. Instead of taking risks and actively pursuing their goals, they take the easy way out and settle for mediocrity.
