Workplace anxiety occurs when we feel anxious or stressed because of demanding jobs or confrontational coworkers and bosses. The symptoms of workplace anxiety can also have negative impacts on our family and personal lives. In this episode, I explain what work anxiety is, discuss the process for identifying the causes/triggers, and provide tools to help ease and heal work anxiety. I also answer a listener question from someone struggling with imposter syndrome and another person who loves their job but gets anxious around their boss.
