Jill Koehler is the associate dean for career development for Quinnipiac University’s School of Business. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Teaching from Quinnipiac University. Before returning to her alma mater in 2006, she spent 10 years at the Yale School of Management’s Career Development Office in New Haven, CT where she held positions in recruiting, operations, and analytics and technology. At Quinnipiac, Jill runs three annual career fairs, on-campus recruiting, counsels over 500 students per semester, runs a career boot camp, and etiquette dinners, and teaches a required career development course for business students.
Jill presents regularly to student groups, prospective students, alumni, and parents. She is the proud recipient of the 2011 Center of Excellence Award for Service to Students. Jill lives with her partner, Rick, has two biological teenage daughters, Madelyn (18) and Hannah (20), 2 stepchildren, Aidan (19), Maddy (17) and a bonus child, Peter (19) and lives on a serene lake in Wolcott, CT
