Mental Pleasure welcomes Austin Martin this week, as he bravely opens up about the sexual abuse he endured during his childhood and how the undealt trauma led to a substance addiction he struggles with to this day. With the help of therapy and the realization of a possible anger disorder, Austin decided it was finally time to face his undesirable behavior and numbed feelings he thought were normal for so long.
Opening up about traumatic memories can be very tough to do because your body quite literally relives the experience and so I appreciate every ounce of truth Austin has shared in this part 1 series of Mental Pleasure.
