Are you going through some big military life transitions too?

This episode was born of where I am currently -- in the thick of some big transitions & being away from my babies...just having finished 6 months of solo parenting being stationed apart from my husband, and now he moved home to us but I had to leave and I'm the one apart from my family because of a 2 month training course.

So today I'm sharing the #1 thing you need to focus on when you're going through change. And this will make ALL the difference in the world.
