This episode explains what Kava & what a very special Ethnobotanical tea called "Kratom" is. It breaks down the differences between the two and explains what the benefits are, as well as "how to re-set your tolerance" (for kratom) if ever needed. Kava has what is said to be a "reverse tolerance". The more frequently you drink Kava, the less you need to consume in order to feel the effects of it.
