This week on the podcast, I spoke with Rebecca Lehrer, who is the founder of Levity Chiropractic, a chiropractic clinic based in Mount Lawley, Western Australia.
Rebecca was motivated to launch her business because she saw the way chiro can change lives - and the kind of chiro Rebecca specialises in is different to most.
Rebecca uses the NetworkSpinal technique, which is a very gentle chiro method that work on the patterns of mechanical tension in the body that impact the brain and spinal cord.
In the podcast, we talk about:

  • What led Bec to starting her practice.
  • The key learnings for making creating a more profitable business.
  • The impact of establishing professional connections on business sustainability.
  • What NetworkSpinal is and its benefits.
  • The mind-body connection and strategies from improved awareness.
  • The impact of constant stimulation on our nervous system.
  • How Bec went about opening her clients and finding clients.
  • The ups and downs of sole business ownerships.

…and loads, loads more.

Bec moved from Canberra to launch a business in a city where she hardly knew anyone - just before COVID - and has seen success due to the level of care and understanding she has of her clients' needs.

If you want to find out more about Bec you can check out her website here.
Please note this is the last epsiode for Season 4 and The Committed Creative will return on the 1st of June.
