Lately, I've been getting to rest a lot. I injured myself on a crazy climb up Mt. Defiance when I probably wasn't quite ready--the irony is not lost on me! And so I've been out of commish, as they say. And while I meditate daily and do breathwork daily, I'm not so practiced at "doing nothing" (aka not exercising on the daily).
I've been getting MANY messages from the universe about resting lately, though. And when I say lately, I mean this year. Like maybe even longer. I'm a slow learner, I know.
But I figure I'm in good company. Which is why I put together this practice this month. We can practice "just being" together.
And also, did you know I am a breathwork facilitator? So if you're a "do-er" and it's challenging for you to sit for meditation, might a suggest a little breathwork? It's steeped in science, it's super accessible, and you will, I promise, notice big changes pretty quickly, if you practice. So get in touch.
Calendly link below for a no-strings attached, free call to talk about breathwork, or other meditation, or somatic coaching. Your call:)
