We called out why the new trend of vaginaI weight lifting and the way most practitioners are teaching jade egg practices are super problematic and misguided. And we delved into loads of really interesting chats about how we can get in touch with our bodies, our intuition, and our erot!c natures on a level that's safe, authentic and based in true connection and resonance.
