If you feel like your business is burning you out, I want you to ask yourself this question: is it the business or is it my energy management?
This episode of Jereshia Said is all about how to structure your business model in a way that reduces burnout and gives you more balance as you're growing in the online coaching industry. I’m sharing how I’ve intentionally structured my business to avoid burnout so that you can do it too.
There are three parts to this process: managing yourself, managing your people, and managing your business. I’m going through each one to help you determine whether you are managing them in a way that is sustainable for your wellbeing and for the success of your business.
Topics covered in this episode include:

  • Why more people are taking intentional breaks and prioritizing sustainable growth
  • What causes burnout and how you can avoid it
  • The importance of good energy management skills

You can get burnt out no matter the size of your business, so don’t skip this episode!
