What does nurturing your own wellness look like? I wanted to take a moment to remind you about the importance of nurturing your own wellness. It is essential to explore what self-care means to you and find ways to incorporate small, loving steps into your daily routine.

For me, I'm taking a well-deserved break to recharge and hit the pause button on both my coaching business and podcast. My family and I are so excited to be preparing to celebrate the marriage of our daughter and her fiancé in Portugal this July. I want to be fully present in the moment and want to cherish the weeks leading up to it. (along with not getting overwhelmed with the preparation!!)

As I temporarily step away, I encourage you to reflect on your own self-care journey . Remember to be kind to yourself above all else. Take this time to prioritize self-care.

I will be back in August with new episodes and as well as with an exciting new coaching package designed to help you overcome over-striving and find balance in your week.

So until August, I'm wishing you an incredible period of reflection, growth, and success while I'm away. Above all make sure the person you are the kindest to is yourself! May you find the balance and happiness you seek.
