Have you ever wondered how to release yourself from the experience of ADHD? Have you ever dreamed of having a “normal” brain? For years I felt “broken” until I discovered how to release myself from the experience of ADHD.

If that is something you dream of…. then listen to this episode and learn how I did it!

The goal of this episode is to help you see yourself in parts of my journey and for you to see that it is possible to live a life free of the symptoms of ADHD.

Most of my life I was in suck in self-loathing and self-hatred because of my brain. As you know, I was diagnosed 3 times and I found papers from the third diagnosis which I share parts of it in this episode.

I’m here to show you what is possible with transformational work and how you can have huge shifts in your experience of ADHD.

When you choose to move to a higher perspective, rather than through the medical model lens… you start to see different solutions on how to overcome the challenges you are experiencing. As a result, you can start to see different outcomes and possibilities that can unfold for you.

I accidentally released myself from the experience of ADHD. I always thought it was only a possibility to just “manage” ADHD because that is what we are taught. But the reality is that if it is possible for me, its possible for you.
