This is my first all original meditation, created just for you!! I hope you enjoy!! This meditation was made from scratch (by me!) with a handmade Native American Flute, Some Very Peaceful Bells, My Voice, and a Mixer!!! Please find a comfortable seat somewhere and close your eyes. Just allow yourself to listen or allow yourself to sing along (if it helps you clear your mind). This five minute meditation will help you to restore peace within your mind and when done a few times throughout the day or night, it could really help "tame the monkey mind" ;-)
