Sleep is not just for the sake of sleep, but rather putting our bodies in a state of regeneration and repair. How you start your day and the intention that you bring will determine your quality of sleep.
In this episode Brooke and Noa discuss:
1) What happens when we sleep
2) Lack of sleep and its toll on our immune system hormones, blood sugar, cardiovascular disease and mental health
