In order to help anyone else we first have to learn to help ourselves first. When we spread ourselves too thin we are only causing harm to ourselves. It is ok to reach out and help people but when you do think about yourself first by:
- Find your own balance to be able to help anyone;
- It is Ok to say No, look after yourself first;
- You really can’t be everything to everyone.
