When struggling with the many symptoms of menopause, weight gain is at the top of every woman's list. We have discussed eating and weight loss techniques, but what do we do when we plateau? This can be very frustrating in or out of menopause. Sometimes it's as easy as juggling a few calories or changing your meal plan. However, sometimes it’s not. We will discuss the many obstacles in the way of your weight loss, and how to manage them. The goal is to keep moving, remain healthy and find your balance.
