This guided meditation / contemplation meditation is a beginner’s level meditation, but is good to use by anyone who wants to create a more accepting, loving and freeing relationship with their body. This meditation teaches you how be the compassionate, accepting sanctuary for your body. It also helps you get used to being centered in Conscious-Awareness and identifying yourself as Conscious-Awareness, the gateway to your power to heal, awaken and grow. As Awareness, during the guided meditation, you will be learning how to reprogram your mind to acceptance and compassion, while healing self-judging thoughts. I have left time at the end of this meditation with the background music still running for you to do your own practice.
Don't forget, you will empower your meditation practice by listening to the other podcast series.
