As you always hear from me: words matter! And that’s especially true in defining doable achievement. Today I urge you to replace the phrase—and practice of—goal-setting, with the much more effective words “goal-getting.” Use this to write your story of transformation and you’ll actually get to the happily ever after. Just as with many current life coaching tools and self-development practices, goal-getting flips the tired practice of goal-setting on its head. There are so many best practices now in getting your goals in a doable way, so this broadcast about goals is just round one, with much more to come in future episodes.
