Sleep, stress, and success go hand-in hand!

If you’re anxious and ambitious, getting the proper sleep is not just a want, but a need if you want to achieve sustainable success, without burning out!

Today’s guest is Meredith Brough, a mother of five children and a pediatric sleep coach who loves infants and young children and truly understands them. She also adores working closely with mothers. During the last 6 years, Meredith developed the Baby-Centered Sleep System to improve sleep for all temperament types, with tear-free, nurturing sleep methods. Meredith hosts a podcast called “The Sweet Slumber Podcast,” trains sleep coaches, and mentors and guides sleep coaches/consultants as they fine-tune their abilities and get their businesses thriving!

You’ll hear…

  • Interplay between sleep, stress management, and success.

  • Exploration of traditional sleep training methods and their potential drawbacks.

  • Long-term effects of poor sleep on anxiety, relationships, mental health, and overall development.
