💭 How do you effectively lead multicultural teams?
Beth Ridley is the founder of the Ridley Consulting Group which focuses on helping companies incorporate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Beth’s interest in DEI started when she spent her first 12 years working overseas, immersing herself in different cultures, backgrounds, and leadership styles. This was when she realized she had a natural gift for bringing people with diverse cultures and perspectives together to achieve a common goal.
In this episode, Beth identifies the 4Cs of workplace belonging - comfort, connection, contribution, and commitment - as key factors in checking whether or not there is diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
