Emotions in the military get a bad rap. We have been trained to "lock it up" and "never let them see you sweat." However, in order to cultivate connection and relationships in our leadership, emotional intelligence is a vital skill.
But before we can be super Emotionally Intelligent, it’s important to be self-aware of our feelings, a healthy relationship with our our own emotions, and have a foundation of emotional well-being. In this podcast episode, I’m teaching you how to build a strong foundation of emotional wellness in 4 stages.
I’m diving into why emotional well being is so important and will be sharing strategies for cultivating emotional awareness, and providing some emotional self-care activities. Tune in to learn how you can improve your emotional health, cultivate self-awareness, and increase your emotional IQ.
