After experiencing workplace bullying, Linda, with her extensive background in social work, found herself confused and very unwell. Determined to understand what was happening to her, Linda did her own research and discovered workplace bullying. This revelation sparked a desire within her to not only recover but to dedicate her career to helping others who may be going through similar experiences. Linda pursued a master's degree in clinical social work and established her business with a holistic and trauma-informed approach to addressing workplace bullying. Over the past 12 years, Linda has gained recognition and awards for her work in raising awareness internationally and providing valuable resources. Linda remains committed to advocating for those affected by workplace bullying, ensuring that everyone receives the support and services they need.
