In this powerful episode, we sit down with Robert Wylie, a man who from childhood until now has been fighting an extraordinary battle against Rheumatoid Arthritis, an autoimmune disease. Robert shares his journey of living with chronic fatigue and debilitating joint pains, and how it shaped his perspective on life. Through his darkest moments, he faced not only physical pain but also emotional turmoil, losing close friends to suicide. Robert also unravels the two abusive marriages he lived through that led to debilitating depression and an intention to end his life. With deep introspection, he decided to turn his life around and today, is a self-defense instructor, author and public speaker. Through speaking, he imparts invaluable wisdom on self-protection, setting boundaries, and empowering others to identify and stand up against predators.
