In today's conversation, we talk about the importance of reflecting on your place in people's lives. Often times, on our quest to belong, we opt to try to fit into the boxes others have built for us. In the process, we leave our authentic selves behind. That's a tiring existence. You know that.

Have you ever taken a step back from the relationships in your life and asked whether those relationships actually accept you as you are? Are you only welcome in those relationships based on what you have to offer, or what part you play in their story/ies? What about past relationships that existed in your life? Are there any patterns that you notice?

This episode will help bring you clarity on the power you have to remove yourself from places that only use you and to place yourself in places that see you, value you and honor you for who you are.

In The Clear, with Dr. Najwa Zebian and Stephan Maighan. Helping you gain clarity on all aspects of your life using a balanced approach that employs both logic and emotion.
