Your body is your home, the tangible matter that houses your soul while you are on this earth. We should feel safe in it and connected to it. But so many of us do not. In this episode, we discuss nervous system dysregulation and its role in disconnecting or disassociating from the body. We also talk about grounding practices to bring yourself back and begin to cultivate safety in your body, which is absolutely foundational to the type of work we do. When you are able to feel safe in your body, you are able to heal.
