In this episode I reveal the 3 strategies we use with our members to help them overcome procrastination and return to their fitness routine after the festive season or any long break.
If you took a few weeks off during the Christmas break and especially if you managed to gain a couple of kilos over that time (this happens often) you may struggle to get back on-track when it comes to pre-Christmas fitness habits. Your body and mind rebels and you know you mind end up in pain after that first session back. Especially if you're over 40, your body doesn't respond to changes as well as it used to.
So how do you overcome this stalling? The good news is there are 3 relatively simple ways to making the transition as smooth as possible... and avoid pain (both mental and physical). These are the strategies we use in our training facility. Listen to the podcast to find out what they are.
