Today I’m finishing our discussion on Grounding Techniques - the mental health techniques designed to turn off your high levels of stress. This includes panic and anxiety attacks, trauma triggers and PTSD.

Today specifically, I’m talking about physical Grounding Techniques. These are techniques that work with your body (from the outside in), to tell your brain that you’re safe, so it can turn off your stress response.

If you’ve ever struggled with high levels of stress and have felt like nothing you try can control it, these simple exercises are for you.
