Matt Compher serves as Vice President of Safety, Health, and Environmental for Quanta Services. He brings 25 years of safety management experience to the management team, the last 19 of which were spent in the electric utility and underground infrastructure construction industries. Compher is responsible for cultivating Quanta’s pervasive culture of safety and has created innovative tools and policies that advance safety as one of the company’s core values.
