In this episode, Karin explains the importance of tuning into and being aware of the signals your body is giving you so you can make connections between how you feel, what you are doing, and how the body is responding. If you are not aware, you cannot change your response.
Be mindful of the thoughts you have, for they turn into beliefs about what you think you can do or not do.
Karin also explains are three brains--one in your head, your heart and your gut and the importance of listening to your body to get them to work together.
Karin really wants everyone to realize that there is nothing wrong with you. Everyone is whole, just as they are. Your body is brilliant. Love it, listen to it, and take care of it.
Her favorite quote is The 3 C's by Jim Rohn, "You always have a choice to take a chance or your life will never change."
