Today’s conversation is with James Higgins.

James is Founder of Ethical Bedding and Ethical Calm.

After retired from the banking world, James has been on a business journey and is best known for his sustainable sleep wizardry with Ethical Bedding.

He describes himself as 90% Hippy and 10% Tarzan, and there’s lots to learn in this episode.

Including following your guiding principles to create a business you actually care about, overcoming early challenges both financial and supply chain related, identifying if a business is viable to go all in on, and

We also cover James’ experience on BBC Dragons Den and the pros and cons of a show like that.

Lastly, James has a suite of business ideas and plans from physical products to Digital and even consumables. I loved learning about his perspectives and insights on the different requirements in each.
