Today I'm talking to Chelsea Werner Top, real estate agent in Manhattan and South Florida. while her roots and connections go deep where she grew up in Fisher Island of South Florida, Chelsea faced the ultimate challenge.

She started in Manhattan, and she broke into Manhattan's real estate market with no connections to her name.
