In today's episode, we are reminded that it is so important to rest and relax.
We work so hard to be successful and when you rest and sit still, that is success. We often have no idea how to CHILL OUT!
Are you nervous, and shaky? Are you just fed up with life? Take a seat and breathe.
Have great moments communicating with your family.
When was the last time you had a family dinner together?
Try having family time once a week at the dinner table and talk to each other without devices unless necessary for hearing or speaking concerns. You can also have tea time on Zoom with your family for connection. Time is non-refundable and we will never get time back so enjoy your life and each other.
