Kicking off Season 2, Tom Kazbour, COO of Hungry Howie's of Florida, joins host Keith Hanenian to dive into how he got into the pizza business. Today, Tom, known as "the Pizza Man," owns and operates 63 Hungry Howie's but oversees nearly 300 franchises across Florida.
Keith and Tom discuss how he got into the industry at 15 years old, the impact his father's support and other relationships have had on his career and his path to becoming a successful franchisor and entrepreneur.
Tom cites service, cleanliness and taking care of "your people" as professional values that shaped him and most importantly, not being afraid of getting to work.
