Today we’re covering something I see happen frequently in negotiations and why it’s so costly to you.
There are many pitfalls that can hinder novice negotiators. But there is one in particular that is the most costly in deal making. Can you guess what it is? It's probably not what you think.
It’s treating the deal like a conversation.
