Meeting Sam was a breath of fresh air, just a young man who loves pumping rusty old iron. I never had a clue who he was and he never had any idea who i was, but we had one thing in common, we just love effin bodybuilding and by the end of the week it was sad to see him leave. No frills, no B/S just a kid who loves it!! Until next time son..... I'll get the kettle on!!
