In today's episode I share a short story on something I experienced this past week - an anxious thought spiral around something very silly in hindsight!
I speak about how I use my knowledge of yoga philosophy and the five vrittis (thought spirals), and the strategies of HALT, plus communication skills with my friend, to work through my thoughts!
