Losing the postpartum pooch after being pregnant is no easy task but today I explain how I was able to do it 4 times. I had 4 babies and after each one, I was able to use a postpartum belly wrap to help assist my stomach in shrinking back down to its normal size. You'll see what I'm talking about in this episode. There's a little bit more to it than just wearing a postpartum belly wrap, but of course, I always recommend that moms wear one if they get it early enough.
