If you regularly find yourself in a state of irritation, annoyance and reactivity and feeling like your mood is at the mercy of what goes on around you, this episode is for you.
Getting triggered by other people, things you see on social media, emails and other external circumstances can ruin your mood and your day, not to mention the stress levels a sudden surge of negative emotions can cause.
