Focus: We go down to the Free State at the Mafube Local Municipality where the situation is very heart breaking. We are reliably told that some workers have not been paid their salaries for two months. Water and electricity problems, poor service delivery, no municipal manager. There has also been a couple of arrests in connection with tender fraud. These are just some of the issues that have made it to the news.
