Stacy is amazing at understanding a women's need for someone who will listen and also motivate. She knows that all women have some form of unhealthy eating or dysmorphia.

Fitness is a great tool for helping with Anxiety and even Depression. We talk about being bullied and how we have to let that go when you are an adult, so we can be better.

She is a great motivator, goal setter and understands all the different eating styles and what food does to our bodies.
