I am thrilled to have Riley join us on Bliss Up Podcast today! Riley comes from an athletic background as a competitive gymnast for 10+ years. She has her B.S. in Psychology, and combines that with her passion for fitness to deliver a challenging and creative workout at [solidcore] that will build you mentally and physically.
