On today’s episode, I interview collegiate distance runner and certified yoga instructor Grace all about her journey with overcoming underfueling, HA, and injury, and how she found the benefit of yoga to improve her running and life. Grace experienced early success in running and runs competitively in college. She had to take off one year to recover from underfueling and her injury, where she learned a great deal about the sport, herself, her values, and her life. She shares her story to inspire others and show that you can be resilient when faced with setbacks in the sport, and she shares so much wisdom.
