PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

INDICTED AND FACING PRISON
I’m Dr. Marc Blatstein. I spent time in Federal Prison, and now I’m here to help you on your journey. With work, I was able to get my license reinstated in full.

· Prison is Temporary.
Knowledge and Preparation will help build back the Confidence you’ll need throughout this process.

· Since you’ve heard that the DOJ and Feds have been asking questions, their case against you is mostly complete, with a 98% Conviction Rate.

· Hiring a legal team doesn’t just mean they have experience; they also need a proven track record of successfully defending cases like yours.

· The choices you make today - will help you tomorrow.
Working on your personal growth is the only way to show Case Managers that you are different from everyone else.

· Setting up a daily routine for yourself just like you did at home whether you had a job or were in school

· Constructive activities: this could be with a regular delivery schedule of books from Amazon, two books covering topics in which you have an interest every 3-4 weeks, which can be a helpful start.

· Documentation is crucial as this is all part of your Release Plan. I always took notes on everything I studied, which helped me as “I retained information as I wrote.” You can track your progress and accomplishments by applying the same practice to your daily life.

· There will be DOWN days, so Building This Routine is helpful – and not easy.

· This can be a powerful motivator for continued growth and success in everything you do, including every staff conversation and notes on each FSA Class you take.

· Consider it insurance to prove you’ve taken the FSA Classes in case you are challenged.
