Davy Leung is a Certified Public Accountant and wine educator, operating in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore and is Chair of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Society of Wine Educators. His passion for wine also extends internationally and he has travelled widely producing his own vintages. Davy is an ambassador of Saint Emilion wines and his qualifications include the Saint Emilion Prud'homme de la Jurade. He has trained to become a Certified Wine Educator, a Certified Specialist of Spirits, a Certified Sommelier, Italian Wine Ambassador, Certified Italian Wine Educator, Certified Spanish Wine Educator, Portugal Wine Ambassador, Certified Koshu Expert by the KEC, WSET Diploma holder, Certified WSET Wine Educator, and is currently studying to become a Master of Wine. He is one of a handful of approved spirit educators up to Level 3 in Asia.
