It is so important to stop and reflect. When we do that we often find that we have people in our lives that trigger us in various ways.
Is it really his or her fault that you get triggered? No. You can control only two things fully in your life: Your thoughts and your feelings. So you can control how you feel when this person speaks to you or when they use a certain body language.
The way to get control over your feelings are to practice how you want to feel when he or she speaks or at the end of a meeting. Calm your mind and start feeling how you want to feel when the conversation is over. Your brain will think it is happening really, that is how our brain work. Good luck.

Life is a Gift
Help me bring light to this world by turning your attention to the good and opening yourself up for the good in others and how amazingly connected we are to the good core of other humans and to the much bigger picture that we all fit in.
